Returns

Due to the nature of consumable beverage products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products.

However, we may offer replacements or refunds in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items received
  • Defective packaging
  • Significant quality issues verified by our team

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
