Product Warranty & Return Policy

1. Limited Product Warranty

ICON BevCo warrants that all products manufactured and sold by ICON BevCo shall:

• Be free from material manufacturing defects in workmanship and packaging.
• Meet all applicable safety and quality standards at the time of shipment.
• Be merchantable and fit for their intended purpose under normal storage and handling
conditions.
• Remain within their stated shelf life prior to expiration when stored in accordance with
recommended conditions.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from ICON BevCo or through
authorized distributors.

2. Coverage for Manufacturer Defects & Expirations
ICON BevCo will credit or replace the product for:


• Verified manufacturing defects.
• Quality control failures.
• Product found to be expired within normal inventory rotation standards.
• Product proven to be non-compliant with agreed specifications at time of production.

Reimbursement shall be issued at the original purchase price minus any applicable discounts,
rebates, bill-backs, allowances, or promotional credits previously applied to the sale.

ICON BevCo reserves the right to issue credit in lieu of replacement product at its discretion.

3. Return & Inspection Requirements
• All products subject to warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery.
• All existing products claimed under warranty must be:

◦ Properly segregated
◦ Held for inspection
◦ Not destroyed or discarded without written authorization
• Product must be returned to the designated manufacturing facility or inspection location.

All freight, shipping, and handling costs associated with the return of verified defective or
expired product shall be the responsibility of the manufacturer.

ICON BevCo reserves the right to inspect, test, and verify all claims prior to issuing credit or
replacement.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper storage, handling, or transportation after delivery.
• Damage due to negligence, misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.
• Product held beyond agreed inventory rotation timelines.
• Product purchased from unauthorized resellers.
• Minor cosmetic packaging variances that do not impact product integrity or safety.

5. Claim Process

To initiate a claim, the claimant must provide:

• Proof of purchase.
• Product lot number and production code.
• Quantity affected.
• Photographic documentation (if applicable).
• Description of issue.

Failure to provide adequate documentation may delay or void the claim.

6. Limitation of Liability
ICON BevCo’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to:

• Replacement of the product, or
• Credit at the original purchase price (minus applicable deductions).

Under no circumstances shall ICON BevCo be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Consequential damages
• Incidental damages
• Retailer markups
• Chargebacks beyond the original invoice value
• Indirect or punitive damages

7. Shelf Life & Inventory Rotation
All distributors and retailers are responsible for maintaining proper inventory rotation (FIFO –
First In, First Out). Warranty coverage may be denied for product that has exceeded reasonable
and standard industry sell-through timelines.

8. Force Majeure
ICON BevCo shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events
beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supply chain disruption,
government regulation, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions.

9. Policy Modifications
ICON BevCo reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty & Return Policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of product purchase shall govern any claims.
